4 Steps to Fixing SIM Card and Connection Problems

It can be frustrating when your SIM card or connection isn’t working properly. When you call our Customer Service though, they will ask you to do some things to verify the problem before taking more strict steps.

We will guide you to what you can do by yourself and that maybe can resolve the problem. Whether you’re unable to make calls, send texts, or connect to the internet, there are steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue and get back online.

Here’s what you can do:

1- Restart Your Device: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix connectivity issues. Turn off your device completely and then turn it back on.

2- Reset Network Settings: If restarting your device doesn’t help, try resetting your network settings. This can often resolve issues related to network connectivity. You can usually find this option in the settings menu of your device.

3- Try the SIM Card in Another Device: To determine if the issue is with your device or the SIM card itself, try inserting the SIM card into another compatible device. If it works fine in another device, the problem likely lies with your original device.

4- Check APN Settings: Access Point Name (APN) settings are necessary for your device to connect to the internet. Make sure the APN settings on your device are correct. You can usually find these settings in the network or cellular data settings menu of your device. Here is PhoneBox page to instruct you with the VPN settings:
