New website and features coming soon!

This upcoming July, PhoneBox will launch a New Website. There, customers will be able to experience new key features and information for the first time! We will introduce you to New Plans Set, Special promotions, and a New Interface of Canada and US Plans. 

On the New Plans Set you can expect more data for the same price. Current clients will be automatically updated with no extra charge.

The United States Plans will also be upgraded. PhoneBox will be able to offer a service with more quality and range. 

We are also expanding our support section, there, our customers can browse through a varied list of articles and submit tickets for any questions. We would like to make it more simple and easy for you! So please, let us know in the comments the subjects you think our support section needs to have. 

New features can be seen in the Online Self-serve account. All your questions and inquiries will be in the palm of your hand and most of the clients themselves will be able to solve with just one click, without having to wait in the queue for the Customer Support team.

As usual, we like to give you the control and freedom you need!

That’s why customers will also receive messages about their data usage and be able to block or keep on using more data in that month by just answering a message or logging in on the self-serve. 

Last but not the least, we would like all the customers to know that PhoneBox Terms of Service and Conditions will be updated as well. We are always making sure that your experience with PhoneBox will be as smooth as possible without any delays, so in April, together with the new website, you will be able to access the New Terms on our website and you will also receive it by email. 

These new terms and conditions will specify better about PhoneBox clients’ protection and how we handle privacy matters. You, our customers, will know how to ask questions, dispute, or resolve your cases, if necessary.

It would be nice if phonebox allows their customers to have a security pin or password on their accounts to prevent any fraudulent activities like to prevent anyone from calling in pretending to be someone else I know other providers everytime you call customer service they always ask for a pin or password plus to make any changes the provider sends the customer a 6 digit code to their mobile number or email which the customer needs to read out to the phone agent before anything can be done

      We thank you for your comments. We would like to let you know that we truly value our client’s comments and feedbacks in order for us to improve our overall service.
      To response to your comments, we are working on implementing few functions that help protect our clients when it comes to requests coming in from either phone calls, emails, livechat or any other channels, where multiple security and verifications questions are asked to the clients.
      We are definitely working further on improving our client’s experience and maintaining the best security possible!
