So, let us tell you that it is really fast to write a review and contribute with PhoneBox engagement in the Trustpilot platform. 

You need a profile to write a review on the website, but you don’t need to sign up, you can submit the review with your Google or Facebook account. The requirement for a profile it’s to keep the review you read on Trustpilot genuine. They make sure the profile is connected to a real person, so they can confirm it’s a trustable review. Also, by using a profile you’re able to be notified when receiving an answer from the company or if they need to contact you to solve an issue. 

And how can you write a review for PhoneBox in Trustpilot?

When you talk to the PhoneBox customer service team in our online channels, you will receive a message asking you to write us a review or if you talk to us by phone, our agent can ask for your email to send the request. Also, in our store, you will be able to see this tabletop, where you can just scan the QR code and be redirected to our Trustpilot profile.
