We waited a long time and it’s finally here!
Our website has a new look! But that is not just it. It is more simple and easier to navigate online.
PhoneBox team was for months studying the best way to provide this online customer experience for you. The goal was to create a user-friendly website where you can easily understand the information and find what you are looking for.
Now the whole website has, instead of two, three languages. Besides English and French, you can check out all the pages also in Spanish.
When opening gophonebox.com you can see the main page with two options: Canadian Plans or American Plans, but by clicking the arrows you can change through them and you will realize we now have banners to keep you always up to date with our news and promos!
The banners can be the same or change to specifically promotions of Canada or the United States. For example, on our Canada Main Page, you can see we are now offering weekly plans and also that we have a promotion for everyone who pays with their JCB Credit Card from Japan!
Scrolling down a bit, you can see the type of plans we can offer. For the US we just offer Prepaid plans, for Canada, we have the Monthly Plans and also the Prepaid plans.
On both main pages, you are able to find out what is the most famous plan among our customers for Canada and the US services.
Our Activation page is more integrated with the plan’s choice and the clean look makes everything smooth to use. You will find out that now we have different types of shipping for you! We still have our free regular shipping but if you need to have your SIM Card right away, now you can choose Express shipping!
The express shipping costs $15 + taxes and the delivery can take 3 to 5 days.
In the Support tab, you can browse any doubts you have. You are going to find articles about Account Changes, Port in, Billing, Plans, eSIM, USA SIM Cards, and more.
You can also try to talk to our Virtual Assistant at the right bottom of the page and if you still need help, after the article’s topics you can see our email address, phone number and store locations.

Please train your customer service representative to behave professionally and have a little empathy when talking to customer.please lol into your policy of holding funds for a month when you should be refunding our money as fast you rook it.please STOP over charging people without even informing them. Please have data usage accessible to customer so they not surprise to see over charges which you will not REFUND IT BACK.until a complain is file with Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services.stop ripping people who trusted you.

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences that you have experienced.
The refund will be made immediately, yet there will be some down time for the balance to be reflected under your bank account as a refund transactions. However, this applies to the type of refund when the client decided to cancel during the Activation queue.
If the client had already activated their service and has an existing account with us, the refund policy will be provided by the end of the following month as the plan is a Postpaid type of plans.
