  1. This is very confusing.

    1. For starters, what’s this $10 fee you make mention?

    2. What is this new US roaming option?

    3. Can PB customers purchase and keep their same number while travelling to the USA?

    4. You’ve confused your customers with this “broadcast” at a time when many people are very upset with the Rogers Family. You need to go back to your advertising team and clear this mess up.

    1. Hi Sasha

      Thank you for your comment.

1- Our US Plans have unlimited data. This means, the speed will be reduced once you reach your plan allowance. If you want to go back to full speed, you can top-up by paying $10

2- Soon we will offer 300 minutes for 25 countries included in the United States plan.

3- Unfortunately, you cannot have the same number in the US as you have in Canada since, they are different SIM Cards, different networks, different lines.

4- We are sorry to know you are upset with our network provider. Needless to say, PhoneBox’s customer service, plan offers, marketing etc, are not connected to them, since we are an independent company. Also, you will be glad to know that we use one of the largest networks in United States for the PhoneBox USA, which is also not related to the provider you mentioned.

We hope we answered your questions.
Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have more doubts.

  2. I will say pricing is bs for t-mobile look at the competition like tello, red pocket, us mobile, boost mobile, unreal mobile, Hello mobile, etc.
if it is qci 6 data the price is fine but lower it to 15 usd dollars, if it is qci 7 data no do the price for 10 usd. For you unlimited plan which is 20gb should be priced at 20 dollars. Tello is priced at 29 dollars for 25gb. Taxes should between 1 to 9 dollars depending on the state. Don’t be like Google fi on taxes. You need to be competitive in the us markart, ultra mobile pricing is bad but does include international calling same with tello but tello is cheap. Canada pricing is insane like always but in the us no. But you can be the first to introduce weekly pricing like 10gb for 10 dollars, but renews ever week that will get people hooked. You can make a annual plan if you like 30 dollars is redpockets with 200mb, 200 minutes, and 1000 texts every month yes it includes international calling. I hope that helps you out. One thing remove the activation fee no other t-mobile mvno does it online.

    1. Hi Andrew! Thank you for contacting us! Unfortunately, we don’t offer roaming services. When traveling to the US you will need to activate a SIM Card with a USA number to use our American network and have data and all the other services available. We have eSIM for USA such as for Canada, so you could have both lines in your phone with no problem! Don’t hesitate to contact us for more information! PhoneBox team.

      1. is there a way to forward calls and texts we receive while in the US to a number(eg. Fongo, Skype etc.) that we can receive on data plan? It is essential that airlines and others reach us while traveling.

  3. “PhoneBox is offering unlimited data plans for the US market! That’s right, unlimited data with reduced speeds once you reach your data capacity”

Does it mean that if I have a plan for 3GB, it’s 3 GB at 5G/LTE and everything afterwards is 3G? Or what is the slower speed?

    1. Hi Alex. Thank you for reaching out.
If you have a plan of 3GB, it means that once you reach the usage of 3GB, instead of blocking your data, the speed will be reduced. So after 3GB you will no longer have 5G/LTE speed, but you will still be able to use the mobile internet with the 2G speed.
      I hope it helps
